Over the past years, with Top Source as our partners, we have successfully built a specialised and close-knit team to cater for small to mid-sized hospitality and catering businesses. We have over 50 finance colleagues in India and 15 operational colleagues here in the UK.

Clientline was found by Ikram Naim, who started his career in 1999 in the hospitality sector in his native homeland of Sri Lanka.
Ikram permanently relocated himself to the UK and continued his working career in the hospitality and catering industry whilst studying for his Business Management and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) qualification.
Qualified as a CIMA Adv. Dip MA with Chartered Institute of Management Accounts, he spent his early years working in operations ranging from Junior to Senior Managements roles within hospitality and catering, before moving across to Finance.
He started his Finance career with Red Carnation Hotels, he also went on to work alongside renowned Chef Nuno Mendes since the launch of original Viajante in 2010, which would later be awarded a Michelin Star.
Ikram also has been a most integral part of the rebirth of Century Soho - an exclusive private members club in the heart of Soho - from September 2012 to February 2016, where he led as Head of Finance. He recommended and consulted to the board with regards to business and financial matters.
